Engineering Service
Design Phase Review
We offer professional engineering service in structural design review. Our professional engineers will review the structural drawings, identify all possible problems and provide the most effective solutions for you.
Value Engineering
Aventador provides value engineering service which concentrates on maximizing the project’s quality and function while minimizing cost.
Site Safety Plan
Since 2008, The Department of Buildings is committed to promoting safe and improving quality of life for all New Yorkers. We provide professional Site Safety Plan for workers to follow. This way we ensure the safety of pedestrians and all people participating on the job site.
Construction Management
We participate in the bidding process and determine bids for building construction. We provide cost-effective proposals for every project.
Cost Estimate and Bidding
Our experience has demonstrated that preplanning is the key to cost and time saving, as well as to the solution of complex construction issues. We provide preliminary CPM schedule with each project. They can be adjusted for the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Project Scheduling
When projects move into the delivery phase, we continue our role with responsibility for managing client relationships and long-term equity investment. We work jointly with our project managers to establish project specific quality plans to achieve high quality.

DOB/DOT Permit Expediting
Aventador's is experienced with all types of expediting service for building constructions. Our expeditor makes sure all necessary documents are submitted early to ensure we get the permit to start on time.
Violation Removal
Other than expediting services, we can also provide violation removal service. Aventador will assist you during the entire process of violation removal. And you will get your violation dismissed at the earliest.
