• Cost Estimation and Bidding

  1. We participate in the bidding process and determine bids for building construction and site development projects.

Our over 30 years of experience have demonstrated that preplanning is the key to cost and time saving, as well as to the solution of complex construction issues. When projects move into the delivery phase, we continue our role with responsibility for managing client relationships and long-term equity investment. We ensure that project is delivered on time and on budget.

• Project scheduling

  1. We provide preliminary CPM schedule with each project. They can be adjusted for the satisfaction of all parties involved. Once the construction starts, we will provide updates on project schedule and identify any issue that occurred during the construction process.

• Quality Assurance

  1. During the implementation process, our construction team works jointly with our project managers to establish project specific quality plans. This allow us to pursue higher standards and better quality.
